    What are your hours of operation?
    Representatives are available from 7:30am till 6:00pm EST (UTC – 05) Monday through Friday. After hours a general voicemail is available.

    Is the information I provide during the checkout process kept private?
    All information is held in strictest confidence. We do not trade, rent or sell this information to outside companies. We only use this information to personalize your shopping experience, as well as notifying you about special offers, services and enhancements. Any suspicious or fraudulent use of credit cards will be forwarded to authorities and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

    How long do orders take to ship?
    ATTC maintains a large inventory of most product. We pride ourselves on shipping 95% of our orders same day and complete. Specialty items will vary based upon quantity required and availability of raw materials.

    How will I know if my order has been received?
    ATTC faxes quotes twice a day with every order received. This will not only inform you that your order has been received but will also allow you the ability to confirm pricing.

    Will you provide me with banners and graphics to use for my site?
    Yes. We will provide you with all the needed banners, graphics, textual links, and marketing support. Please forward your request to your territory manager.

    Does American Torch Tip offer a Warranty on their products?
    Yes, American Torch Tip guarantees all of its product against material and manufacturing defects and to reach you facility intact and to offer complete satisfaction under normal working conditions.

    Can the OEM company void my warranty for using non OEM parts?
    It is against Federal Law for an original manufacturer to void a valid warranty solely because of the use of non-original replacement parts (unless that OEM furnishes said replacement parts without charge under terms of that warranty). The end user of the products may have legal recourse against the OEM for violation of the Magnuson-Moss Federal Trades Commission Improvement Act, Public Law 93-637 (1975) specifically SEC 102(C).
