Does American Torch Tip offer a Warranty on their products?

Yes. American Torch Tip guarantees all of its products against material and manufacturing defects, to reach your facility intact, and to offer complete satisfaction under normal working conditions. Download Complete Warranty Information Here.

What are your hours of operation?

Monday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Saturday, Sunday: Closed

How long do orders take to ship?

ATTC maintains a large inventory of most products. We pride ourselves on shipping 95% of our orders same day and complete. Specialty items will vary based upon quantity required and availability of raw materials.

How will I know if my order has been received?

1. You will receive an email or fax acknowledgement as soon as your order is entered into our system.
2. When your order is shipped out, we will send you an email with the tracking number and package contents listing.

Will you provide me with marketing materials and graphics to use in my store, on my website or for tradeshows?

Yes. We will provide you with graphics, store banners and the marketing support you need. Please get in touch with your territory manager, or call us at 800-342-8477.

Can the original equipment manufacturer void my equipment warranty for using non OEM parts?

It is against Federal Law for an original manufacturer to void a valid warranty solely because of the use of non-original replacement parts (unless that OEM furnishes said replacement parts without charge under terms of that warranty). The end user of the products may have legal recourse against the OEM for violation of the Magnuson-Moss Federal Trades Commission Improvement Act, Public Law 93-637 (1975) specifically SEC 102(C).
